Please fill out this PEPID Code Request Form to request a mobile app activation code. A limited number of codes are available and priority is given to the Emergency Department. 

Three suites are available for the PEPID app:

• Emergency Medicine
• Primary Care Plus Ambulatory Care
• EMS Plus NAEMSE

Once you have your activation code, follow these steps to download the app:

1. Go to the PEPID website. Sign into your account OR start a FREE 2-week trial and then sign in to your new account.
   If applicable, select the trial for the device you will be using the app on once you activate your code. Note that your access will continue after the free trial. Please disregard the email you might receive at the end of the trial.
    
2. Once you are signed in to your account, select Activate Code on the bottom-left side of your my account page. Enter your serial number/activation code. Next, select the platform of the device you will be using and click 'Submit'. 
   
   
   
   
    
3. If you are installing the app for the first time, download it from the App Store or Play Store (or open it if you already have it), then log into the app with your PEPID account.
    
4. Select and download the suite you requested. If you are renewing your access, sign into the app and select the suite you want to update.

Notes:

• Activation codes are valid for 12 months and expire each year in September (this includes users on the 2-week trial). Renew your access by requesting a new code. 
• The Pill Identification Tool, News & Alerts, and Images and Illustrations require an Internet connection to function.
