SHA Library

By accessing Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) Library resources, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Use. The Terms of Use apply to your access and use of SHA Library print and online resources, including Saskatchewan Health Information Resources Program (SHIRP) licensed resources.

Your access indicates your acceptance of the following conditions:

• You will use Library resources and services for your own work-related, educational, research or private study purposes only.

• You will not share your library card number for remote resource access.

• You are responsible for all transactions conducted using your library card number.

• You agree to abide by the Library's borrowing rules.

Any violation of the foregoing may result in disciplinary action, cost recovery for materials and/or termination of your access to SHA Library resources and services. Please contact us for clarification on what can be done with a particular resource.

Terms of Use for Room Bookings

Rooms can be booked for study or training purposes.

• Rooms will be booked on a first come, first served basis, with priority given to SHA learners for the RGH Study Room.
• Recurring meetings may not be supported.
• A confirmation email will be sent by the library. Clientele are advised to bring their confirmation email to their booked event.
• Clientele must possess card access to the libraries. Unauthorized personnel may not accompany authorized clientele after hours.
• Rooms should be left clean and all furniture and equipment returned to its original setup.
• No shows will receive a warning that subsequent missed bookings may result in fines or suspensions from bookings. To cancel a booking, call 306-766-4142 or email us.
