Groups and sharing require you to have an active account with Zotero. If you have not already registered, you can do so
HERE
.
Once you have created an account, go to Zotero and click
Edit
>
Preferences
>
Sync
to connect your account with your Zotero collections.
To create a group, click the
New Library
icon in the toolbar, then select
New Group...
from the list.
A new web browser window will open to the Zotero website, where you can create, edit, and customize the group information.
Give the group a name, then select
Create
.
Once created, the group should now be visible in the Zotero library.
You can now add other registered users to the group via the Zotero Groups website.
Group collections otherwise function just like your own -- but now you can add/delete/edit references as a group!
