- Groups and sharing require you to have an active account with Zotero. If you have not already registered, you can do so HERE.
- Once you have created an account, go to Zotero and click Edit > Preferences > Sync to connect your account with your Zotero collections.
- To create a group, click the New Library icon in the toolbar, then select New Group... from the list.
- A new web browser window will open to the Zotero website, where you can create, edit, and customize the group information.
- Give the group a name, then select Create.
- Once created, the group should now be visible in the Zotero library.
- You can now add other registered users to the group via the Zotero Groups website.
- Group collections otherwise function just like your own -- but now you can add/delete/edit references as a group!
