Important Notice:

The M365 upgrade has disabled Word add-ins for citation managers, including Zotero,
Endnote and Mendeley. The add-ins enable citing and referencing features while editing documents.
There are no workarounds or solutions at this time. The library is working with IT/eHealth to
determine next steps.

Citing & Referencing Guide

The standard citation style for SHA publications and documents is Vancouver/NLM style.

For statutes, regulations and caselaw, use the Canadian Guide to Uniform Legal Citation.

Find a publication and generate a reference using one of these tools. If Vancouver Style isn't listed then use NLM or AMA Style:
